More than 70 headboxes have been supplied to Chinese paper mills
Shouguang Luli Paper Co. Ltd.in Chinese Shandong Province has successfully started up a dilution controlled TurboJetter headbox supplied by Bellmer Vaahto from Finland. The testliner machine PM1 produces 110 – 200 g/m2 paper for corrugated boxes on max speed. 800 m/min and trim width 4,96 m. The mill was founded in 2005. It is located in Shouguang City Zhenlu Houzhen Town. › more |

Valmet and Whakatane Mill renew their performance agreement in New Zealand
Valmet and Whakatane Mill Ltd have signed a multiyear agreement for continuous performance service for Whakatane PM3 board line in New Zealand. The value of the agreement will not be disclosed. The original performance agreement was signed in 2014 and was later extended for another three-year period. This renewal is the second extension with continuous and systematic development of Whakatane PM3’s productivity and quality with concrete targets regarding availability and optimization. › more |

ÅF Pöyry selected as St1’s engineering partner in a new renewable fuel production unit investment project in Gothenburg, Sweden
St1 has awarded ÅF Pöyry with engineering assignment for a new renewable fuel production unit investment project. The new plant will be built in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is the largest single investment in St1's history. The investment is estimated to approximately 1.5 billion SEK. ÅF Pöyry’s services includes all engineering disciplines, procurement and scheduling services. The project consists of new units, revamp of existing units and new storage facilities. › more |
